    Greasing the groove push-ups on off days?

    Is it a good idea to do around 100-150 pushups throughout the day on a resting day? I just feel that while I'm sitting here recovering from yesterday's workout, I could be doing a little something.

    Is it a good idea, or bad one?

    Sure, it should be fine.
    Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.
