I started to work out about 2months ago, I just need some advice and opinions, if I'm doing everything alright.
So, I'm going to the gym 3 times a week and doing one muscle group per week.
This is my split
Monday: Chest,Back,Abs
Wednesday: Biceps,Triceps,Forearms
Friday: Legs,Shoulders(deltoids),abs.
I'm doing 3-4sets and 8-10reps with heavier weights. My current weight is 73kg 163~pounds I am 1m 87cm tall. Please tell me if I should hit a muscle group once a week, and if my split is good, thanks!
