    Hey brahs, worked out my biceps yesterday but did it half assedly cause i was super tired. Should i work on it again today?

    Was your biceps day scheduled for yesterday AND today? The vagueness of your question leaves your request subject to long-term advice. Your biceps should be fine. Doing this all the time, probably isn't optimal.

    Kevin Levrone was known for hitting the same muscle group in the same day. He claims it can shock the muscle and spur on growth. Not to be done all the time though.
