    I hamer 8 k 12 reps n dumbell 10 k but focus on form when doing biceps coz compound does enough heavy. Biceps r easily overtrained!

    Hammer Curls are much easier for me than Dumbbell Curls. I can go 40-45 on Hammer Curls while with Dumbbell Curls I stay at 30-35.
