Alright, so pretty much i'm trying to drop some weight hopefully about 5kg in about 2 months. I train 5 days a week but have never majorly stressed about diet. So i've started to get into it alot now, calculated my macros, planning meals ect
So im an Endomorph,
174cm
84kg
so my macros look like this
Calories: 2000
Protein: 1080 Calories = 270g
Good Fats: 500 Calories = 55g
Carbs: 865 Calories = 217g
Is that right?
My question is I generally train at 12pm and get up at 10am (University Student)
What are the times I should eat and what should I be aiming to eat? ie Carbs morning, fats night?
Cheers guys.

1. You're not an 'endomorph'.
2. Meal timing is irrelevant regarding body composition, only worry about it if energy becomes a problem during workouts.
3. You don't need that much protein, it's fine if you want to do that but you're wasting money and I'm guessing as a student you don't have a lot of it.
4. You probably need more fats.R.I.P urukhai29, sentinel3, AncientYouth.

Legend cheers for the reply.
I get protein relatively cheap from a vitamin store so its fine. So give me a suggestion for fats?
Currently I'm also taking omega 3, multi vit, on whey protein, creatine post and pre workout, BCAA during workout and carnatine pre workout. Is that fine or can I add anything?Jig jig whip, Bitches don't trip.

I would be aiming for at least 70g of fats. Saturated fats aren't bad either, they don't cause heart disease. They research that those theories were based on has been torn to shreds. Don't add any more supplements.
