Cell tech is a waste of
Money. Ape is good. There are much better choices then muscle milk.

Also idk why you are taking the ape, your really not going to benifit much from it at 20.

what would you recommend over muscle milk? My body reacts to celltech in ways i cannot describe. it gets results period.

It has a ton of carbs. So long as you can fit that into your daily macros it's fine, but creatine monohydrate would have much the same effect.Originally Posted by hamburgertime
Axis Labs just dropped a new whey protein, check out Clutch. Other good options are the Dymatize Elite and Gourmet line, great flavors. XF UP 2.0 can't be beat for taste imo.
