Does any aus brah, or even any rep know if carb products, specifically ON Glyco-Maize, is able to get into Australia?
Just like to check before i bother ordering it and losing my money!

why would you want glyco maize for?
its an empty carb

if you want carbs for like a mass gainer, oats would be a better option as you can buy it for liek 2 dollars a kilo at woollies or coles

glycomaize/dextrose/maltodex are empty carbs
its marketed as a high GI product for fast absorption, but in reality its just basically sugar you're drinking for the latter 2

you are better off using oats as thats close to real food as you can get
