    Muscle imbalance question?

    Hey guys i have a bit of a problem with my muscle symmetry my right side is noticeably larger than my left in my arms and chest could you guys give me some pointers on how to fix this

    You could try using dumbbells instead of barbell for some lifts, that way the load is evenly distributed to both arms/pecs (if the problem is because your right is more dominant during lifts). Should even out over time, and even now I doubt it's noticeable.

    I have the same issue with my right bicep and right lat. For lats i focus on putting my left side equally into the pull and for biceps i do dumbbell curls and stop the exercise once my left arm reaches failure.
    Hoping it'll even out eventually.
