    Do i really need protein shake after workout if i

    if in the middle of the workout i already take intra- aid.. wich it have 10 grm amino acids. 10 gr protein and 10 grm carbs.
    my reason is skip the protein shake cuz of the intra shake and just eat good... am i right?

    You don't need a protein shake regardless if you take an intra or not. Protein powders are just that - powdered protein. They are there to help you reach your protein macronutrient requirements for the day if you can't or don't get enough from whole foods throughout the day.

    Eat plenty of protein from whole food sources throughout the day = No need for powdered protein supplementation.

    What he said...only need if you aren't hitting your macros.

    If you are referring to the broscience of the "anabolic window" then no you don't need a shake post workout. Just eat whenever. Meal timing is largly irrelevant if you're hitting your macros daily.
