    L-Carnitine and fat loss?

    ey guys i just finished my 1st bottle of L-carnitine and im not sure if its good?
    it says have 3tabs once a day with a meal (personally dinner)
    what does L-carnitine actually do for you when it comes to fat loss , is it just bullsh#t?

    cutting at the moment , diet 100%

    It rise your endurance. Longer you run - more fat burn. In passive mode it dont work (for me).
    Im like a dog, easy to understand english language, but hard to say )

    its a waste of money ... i take pre-workout , besides i only take it at night . so dont think ill be getting it any time soon

    it works in my opinion

    I use l carntine tartrate. In recent studies LCLT has been shown that 21 days of supplementation with 2 grams of LCLT in resistance trained individuals resulted in a significant up regulation of androgen receptor content.

    Well, you may say all alowed supplements are waste of money. Cuz Alowed suplements gives about 5-10% extra effectivity.

    haha i know that certain fat burners, pre workouts etc work because i can feel the supplement doing what its meant to do but L-carnitine just doesnt seem to do anything for me
