Hello, I am Adrian and welcome to my North of Vag journey. The Main reason why I created this training log is that I want to describe my experiences with Beyond 5/3/1, Program 1.1 to 1.4. I have done it once and I loved it so I decided after a while to repeat full cycle.

Height: 173 cm (yes, I use metric)
Weight: about 80 kg

Deadlift: 150 x 15 / 190 x 5 / 210 x 1
Bench: 90 x 12
Press: 85 x 1
Pull Ups: 16 reps
