    Up 6lbs in 2 weeks to 156lbs, 4lbs to go until I cut!

    I am very happy with my growth over last few weeks without a lot of fat. My arms have grown as well. Few photos of my 156lbs.

    If I'm understanding the title right...you gained 6 lbs in 2 weeks and plan to cut after you gain another 4.........?

    Correct. I think once I get to a fairly lean 160lbs, I will cut to 150lbs and get around 10% BF which should so the abs alittle more.

    That bulk is wayyyyyy too short. Part of those six pounds you gained were probably water weight and so forth. You won't get that much muscle at all in less than a month. Not even in 2-3 months...

    Make sense now lol. Here I was thinking you were doing like a 4 week bulk. Keep up with the progress! I've been bulking for 8 months now and plan to possibly cut after two to 4 months

    Thanks Bro.

    At my age, I wish my MB rate would slow down but it is still fast as it was when I was 20. I can not afford to eat the way I need to for a true bulk so I have a pretty clean bulk which is a little slower.
