    Bench Press to Wrist Girth Correlation

    Post your heaviest bench ever(gym, comp, whatever, doesn't need to be current)

    And your wrist girth(measured at the smallest part of your wrist)

    i'll start

    200 pounds

    6.5 inches


    obviously this doesn't PROVE anything

    its just a simple correlation study

    (it doesn't even include how long you've been lifting)

    The muscles i value most are the ones directly surrounding the spine, the hips, the scapula, the femur and the tibia... in that order.

    Basically the whole body minus chest and biceps... pretty much the opposite of what your local gym looks like on a typical Monday.
