People are going to tell you to get on a plan and to figure out your calories and macros here. Your midsection is looking good and arms appear to have more definition, but it's hard to tell since the poses aren't the same. Back looks good. Have you been training legs?

Yeah next progress pics I take Ill be sure to do more similar poses for easier comparison. Definitely train legs too, never skip leg day! Front squats, lunges, back squats, leg curls, and calf raises comprise that day. Mirror doesn't really do my legs justice in that shot. Do you think I should add more volume?
