    Gaining size and muscle

    I am 16 and am trying to gain size and muscle mass. I have a daily work out schedule that works all muscles and take the following supplements: pump fuel insanity, after glow, cr5, and muscle juice. Anyone have any specific excerisces that really add mass or good supplements?

    If you're serious about your gains, get serious about nutrition. Make sure you figure out your macros and track them before you start worrying about supplements.
