    Should I reduce my cardio?

A fairly noobish question, but im wondering if I should reduce my cardio. I haven't lifted in some time, but now im back into it. Generally my workout has been lifting (mostly upper body and working everything such as chest, shoulders, bi's, etc) between every other day to every 2 days (depending on how im feeling) and running stairs on the days I don't lift. Runs average about 45 minutes whether it be stairs or just jogging. Should I drop a day or two of running for more rest or am I fine? I tried looking for a related topic but couldn't find one.

Depends on your goals, are you trying to gain mass?

Even if he is, cardio is fine. Eat more to compensate for the burned cals. Don't be a pansy op lol

    Conditioning is good

You need to be at a caloric deficit, whether it be from the amount of food you take in, your workout, or a combination of the two.

    Hope this helps
