So senoir year, 17 years old, im 177 pounds with im not sure why bf% anyways ive been working out for 2 year on and off and not sure what goals to pursue next, i understand dieting and macros so thats not a problem. Ive lost 3 pounds on my cut of far but i feel like i should get bigger but im not sure at my bf% any suggestions?:
