The before picture was sometime in june, the after picture was taken at the end of october... I'm pretty sure I wasn't flexing in the first picture either but I was in the second.
I slack on legs I need to hit them more... Idk my max squat or starting.
I don't do dead lifts... but I might start
My starting bench was like 70lbs ... my current is 135 for 7 reps.

I was 6'3 120 lbs I was really sick and not eating... then I got better and decided to work out but i barley worked out did very little push ups was just eating.
September came then I bought a member... and been going to the gym ever since missed quite a few days from sept to nov but this is my results.

Monday - Chest/Triceps
Tuesday - Back/Biceps
Wednesday - Legs/Shoulders
Thursday - Chest/Triceps
Friday - Back/Biceps
Sat/Sun - off
This is what I aim for but really my routines off and I miss a lot of gym... next month im going to get on a few supplements and try to hit it very often with this routine.
