    5 Month Results ( 2 Months In Gym)

    The before picture was sometime in june, the after picture was taken at the end of october... I'm pretty sure I wasn't flexing in the first picture either but I was in the second.

    I slack on legs I need to hit them more... Idk my max squat or starting.

    I don't do dead lifts... but I might start

    My starting bench was like 70lbs ... my current is 135 for 7 reps.

    Can you explain what 5 month results, 2 months in gym means? I am sincerely not trying to be a dick but I notice little to no difference, arms look slightly bigger in second pic, chest slightly more defined.

    I was 6'3 120 lbs I was really sick and not eating... then I got better and decided to work out but i barley worked out did very little push ups was just eating.
    September came then I bought a member... and been going to the gym ever since missed quite a few days from sept to nov but this is my results.

    Sorry if my comment came off as really douchey. For 2 months that is really good, I didn't really get what you were going for with the original post. Abs also look bigger in 2nd pic. What is your workout routine like?

    Monday - Chest/Triceps
    Tuesday - Back/Biceps
    Wednesday - Legs/Shoulders
    Thursday - Chest/Triceps
    Friday - Back/Biceps
    Sat/Sun - off

    This is what I aim for but really my routines off and I miss a lot of gym... next month im going to get on a few supplements and try to hit it very often with this routine.

    Nice, I'm on almost the exact same routine, except I do shoulders on my chest/tricep day since they get hit with a lot of the compound exercises I'm already doing on that day. As far as supplements I would suggest Whey Protein and Creatine Monohydrate as bare essentials.
