Advice for losing Belly Fat
Hello everyone,
It's been almost two months that I have begun my diet and workout strategy with not a lot of results. Therefore I am here to ask you help!
(sorry but I use cm and kg because I am European and I am still used to them)
I am 183 cm tall and my weigth is 80kg.
I am definetly not fat, I have a quite skinny face and body, but I have a little belly fat that hide a desiderable 6 pack. I actually see the upper part of my abs but the bottom is still hidden.
I want note that I don't want to have too muscle, I "just" would like to have a defined body, like models or swimmer.
My current diet and workout are as follow:
Diet:
Breakfast: 200 g soy milk or free fat milk + 10g almonds + 100g free sugar cereal
Break: 220g of 2%fat white yogurt caboot (+ sometime apple or banana)
Lunch: 100g chicken/salmon/meat with vegetables OR 100rise+tuna/beans
Break: 220g of 2%fat white yogurt caboot (+ sometime apple or banana)
Dinner: meat/tuna/chicken/salmon + vegetables
Pre-sleep: milk + 10g almonds
When I have workout I usually eat alittle bit of jam ot honey
Workout:
I usally alternate one day of 20/30 min cardio with one day of workout (chest+back/quad+triceps/bic. + shoulders). I then leave one day of break. (Actually I began this workout since one week. Before I just went to gim and sometime did cardio)
Please tell me what I should change, improve or any other suggestion. For example % of carbs/protein/fat in the diet... Also, I know there are some parameters to take into account wehn doing a diet, can you tell me which?
Thanks a lot!!!

Do you mean I have to further decrease the calories of my diet?
I know that decreasing too much the calorier would actually slow your metabolism... Isn't it true?
Other question: In how many times should I begin seeing some change? I am not in a hurry, but it useful to know because I could knoe if what I am doing is the right path...
