I don't think the amount of meals matters as long as you hit your calorie requirement. I like to do an average size breakfast, fast for like 8 hours, eat a small pre-workout meal, then eat a big meal 2 hours later after I lift.
Why don't we all live on the edge? Life is so fragile so we gotta take advantage of it. Go do wheelies, go fukkkking play russian roulette for all I care, Just take your life in your own hands and control that beyotch. Do whatever you want, danger is just an element, and it won't mean sh!t when you're underground. Your hands are tied so just DO IT!
