I don't think IF matters just diet in general and you'll get there the same speed. Answering your question. I have no clue.

At 166 12% BF you will need to lose ~8-10 lbs (7 lbs fat, you will lose a little LBM, not necessarily muscle, when losing the fat).
So if you are really on point you can do it in ~2 months, maybe 2.5 months.
Assuming you are accurate in your estimate of 12% (most people underestimate their BF%).

Why do you want to get to 8%? Are you competing?

Risky trying to cut into the single digits IMO, too high a chance of drilling through hard earned muscle.
Diet is what separates the Jacked from the Frustrated.

If you don't think you have muscle definition & look nice at 12%, then you probably aren't at 12%.
Given enough time, any man may master the physical. With enough knowledge, any man may become wise. It is the true warrior who can master both, and surpass the result.

It will take n days, lucky because IF is magic and it would take n+100 days without IF.

Should aim to lose 1-2lbs/week. From there, you can calculate how long you need
