    Smile How does this look?

    Currently I am doing TRX and i cycle 4 days a week(best i can do as i am recovering from a surgery on my foot, bone surgery)
    my meal plan(as an example ill use what i got together today) ranges from 1200-1500 kcals a day, today it consisted of:
    Breakfast:steel cut oats w/ fruit,
    Snack: apple & greek yogert
    Lunch: salad w/ olive oil and tofu chunks
    snack: apple& half a large grapefruit
    dinner: chicken breast, over a salad and some veggies.

    I am also taking Xat-7 twice a day.
    any changes or tips would be helpful! like i said that is merely and example, what i eat changes day to day but never breaks 1500 kcals a day.
