Hey all
So I'm putting on about one and a quarter pounds muscle a week and not gaining fat. I can't eat more due to.both budget and schedules. Would weight gainer help add the maybe 500 or more calories like food or is there other crap in it that promotes fat gain and metabolism slowing? I know nothing about it as I always wanted to lose not gain. Is this a sensible alternative to increase muscle gain? Also I still have newbie gains going on so I don't know if I'm getting the cals I'll need after that ends.
