Hey guys
Danielle, 17 years old, looking to lose fat, sick of being "average". I want to be completely comfortable in my own skin. After an insane, self-sabotaging binge yesterday, I've decided to make this fat loss permanent, and am hoping that this log will keep me more accountable. My body fat is average, 17%, but I want a firm body! Im pretty sure of my workouts, I push hard everyday, but my diet is what I need to look out for. Hopefully with this i can help to manage it. Also, any critique is welcome

13-15% on a girl is pretty low, but very do able. How are you tracking your nutrition? You are rating them out of 10, but what does that mean? Do you track calories and if so can you post up some numbers we can look at. Whats your workout routine like? Welcome to LF forums. Looks like you may have joined a while ago but are ready to make some changes now

Whatever, a single day isn't going to be the end of your world. Just get things back in line, good luck.
"Everyone thinks they're on their way to single digit body fat as soon as they see a blurry four-pack in the right lighting.Your final body weight at 5-6% will be a lot less than what you think.Talk to me again when you get in contest shape." I'd be willing to say that 95% of people on this forum accomplish nothing in years, don't be one of those people. It's sad, they seem to have the knowledge many don't but can't utilize it.

Don't worry about slipping up, like every1 else said, it happens to the best of us. Get back on track and try resisting the cravings, if you resist once, the next time a craving hits, you are more apt to resist again. Remember, indulging every now and then is OKAY, just hop back on the wagon and keep pushing it
Best of luck

Well if you are going to have an off day for nutrition, leg day is about the best day you could have it on!
Why do you keep having off days? Are you being too strict on yourself with your diet? Is it a constant hungry feeling that causes it? Emotional/stress/social/etc eating?Only a life lived for others, is a life worthwhile.

This is interesting, why would you say leg day is the best for this? id imagine that it would be best on a day with interval training
And I dont think im being too restrictive with my diet, I eat foods that are healthy but i still enjoy them, so i know its not that.. I feel that it might be part of the social aspect, my friends go out to eat often but by the time I even hang out with friends, ive usually already had my last meal of the day..Its just self-discipline that I need to work on..especially with friends around. :P
