    dunking

    Hi I'm 6'1" 189, down from 257 in march I'm cutting right now my goal weight is 175, my goal is to be able to dunk, I can grab the rim right now about 1/2 way down my hand, I have a cynical friend who says I won't be able to if I keep doing cleans squats box jumps..etc, what are the chances I could?

    Sounds like your 'friend' isn't much of a friend. Incorporate some dead-lifts and plyos, and do high weight/ low reps. I saw my biggest gains when I started dead-lifting.

    And if you really lost 60lb in 8 months.. very well done! Just shaving off another 15lb would probably get you there.
