    fat loss then build muscle

    Hello

    on 10th may 2012 i weighed in at over 19 stone of pure FAT, at this point i decided i had to do something about it.

    Over the last 6 months Ive been on a low carb high protein diet had a few binges along the way but am feeling good and strong now, as a result of this i now weigh in at around 14.12 im 6 foot tall 31 years old

    I would like to run over my diet and routine with you guys and any tips or changes that would help i would be thankful for.

    Breakfast

    cereal. porridge 50g, raisins 20 grams or bowl of muesli 70 grams topped bran-flakes 20 grams( helps toilet movements)

    Snack. tin of tuna mixed light mayo or 300 grams cottage cheese

    Lunch. moma lupes low carb wraps x2 and poached eggs x2

    Dinner. Chicken Breast 200 grams, salad or veg ie cauliflower/ broccoli
    swap meats steak turkey but mainly chicken

    1300 cals a day

    exercise wise i do 5 days a week

    Mon.GYM weights chest( 4 exercises 3 sets x10 reps), triceps( 4 exercises 3 sets 10 reps) and shoulders ( 2 exercises 3 sets 10 reps)

    Tue.GYM weights back (6 exercises 3ets of 10 reps) and biceps ( 4 exercises 3 sets of 10)

    Wed Thur Fri, 300 cals burn on cross trainer which i am lucky enough to have a good one at home.

    Sat Sun days off.

    My question is although i have lost over 4 stone i still carry fat on stomach and on chest, strangely enough its mainly on my left peck (fat) i am very keen to build up muscle but do i need to lose my remaining FAT first before i hit the weights big??

    Also the weights im doing now 1. is it enough one muscle group a week? 2. do i need to do higher reps and lighter weights to burn the fat in them areas? 3. is my diet ok for the weight loss?

    Up your calories and you can lift heavy while still losing weight, currently working for me personally.
