the easterns have been postponed until the 18th. no problem, more time for me to get tighter and harder for the stage.just coming off a win at the east coast competition held in NJ I'm expected to do well in the Easterns lineup. i won't disappoint. this is the last week of training for me below.
45 minutes cardio(stair master) 2x per day until wednesday or thursday
posing practice everyday
today: Delts, abs
friday: arms, calves
saturday: chest, abs.
monday: last leg day! (got to kill it)
tuesday: chest, abs.
thursday: last workout, delts and arms.
friday, saturday: eat, pose, relax, repeat all day.
I will post nutrition tonight. through the week i will update nutrition, water, sodium, carb loading protocols. feel free to ask questions.
