    prepping for the postponed NPC Easterns

    the easterns have been postponed until the 18th. no problem, more time for me to get tighter and harder for the stage.just coming off a win at the east coast competition held in NJ I'm expected to do well in the Easterns lineup. i won't disappoint. this is the last week of training for me below.

    45 minutes cardio(stair master) 2x per day until wednesday or thursday

    posing practice everyday

    today: Delts, abs

    friday: arms, calves

    saturday: chest, abs.

    sunday: back

    monday: last leg day! (got to kill it)

    tuesday: chest, abs.

    wednesday: back

    thursday: last workout, delts and arms.

    friday, saturday: eat, pose, relax, repeat all day.

    sunday: competition.

    I will post nutrition tonight. through the week i will update nutrition, water, sodium, carb loading protocols. feel free to ask questions.

    heres whats going on with nutrition for me. pretty boring but i cook it well and believe it or not, it hasn't gotten old yet.

    Meal 1: 8 oz lean beef, 8oz sweet potato

    Meal 2: 8oz tilapia, 1 cup brown rice, 1 tbsp MCT oil.

    Meal 3: 8oz tilapia, 1 cup brown rice, large green salad w/vinegar.

    Meal 4: 8oz tilapia, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup spinach.

    Meal 5: 8oz tilapia, 1 cup brown rice, 8 spears of asparagus.

    Meal 6: 2 cups of egg whites, 1 scoop of Fiberteq.

    first cardio is in, getting ready for my arm workout today.
