Who here is going to be mega disciplined until xmas, then planning a nice few days of festive celebrations with family then back to their regime afterwards ?

Me... although that's just to start bulking... the plan is to cut 6 pounds by Nov end and another 6 in Dec.. should put me around 12%-13% body fat...Originally Posted by Aussieguy101

Will be disciplined through and beyond christmas. Want this cut over. Got 20- 25lbs to go before my reevaluation period.

Finishing my cut up in the next 2 weeks until Thanksgiving, and then transitioning to a lean bulk... Planning on total discipline on most all days except maybe Thanksgiving day, Xmas eve, and Xmas day (gonna go HAM on some ham).
Will be much easier to keep discipline and hit targets on a lean bulk around the holidays than it would have been on a cut, though.

Are you implying this because he wants to take a couple days OVER THE HOLIDAYS to relax on his diet and not worry about it? There's absolutely nothing wrong with it and I hate when people act so high and mighty when they don't relax over the holidays because they're oh so disciplined.
