one year progress from curves to lean body

It took me one year to get rid of my curves and loose 25 pounds. Ever since i started compete i gave lost 15 pounds on top of that. At this time i'm trying to put some muscles on, and its workinf great so far. I am very happy with my results, see changes every month. My competition season ends in a week after NPC Eastern show, so ill change my workout routine and will be getting ready for the Arnold Classic amateur show in March 2013. Very excited!! Never be afraid to change your bod, it's a great feeling, it will change your life, i promise you. Good luck!!

good progress in weight loss but you're too thin for a fitness model imho. you look like you took the no food/cardio approach rather than proper nutrition/weight work route. you should focus on eating more and hitting the weights. your arms are too thin and no one wants to see ribs. at least you've gotten your body prime to put on some muscle without adding much fat.
