While it's not my favorite restaurant by far, there are some pretty healthy choices there. If you just get steamed (insert seafood here - shrimp, lobster, fish) without any butter, etc it's a perfectly OK meal with lots of protein.

OP you say you are on a no carb diet yet you are going to red lobster?
The salt water the fish live in increases the sugar content of the fish meat dramatically (usually to 6g of carbs, while somewhere around 8g sugar). I would avoid the place all together.
The only healthy thing on the menu is the fresh green beans
