OP you say you are on a no carb diet yet you are going to red lobster?
The salt water the fish live in increases the sugar content of the fish meat dramatically (usually to 6g of carbs, while somewhere around 8g sugar). I would avoid the place all together.
The only healthy thing on the menu is the fresh green beans
