    keep cutting ?? or bulk

    i am currently about 189lbs 6'3, I've been cutting for quite a while now and have seen major results, but I'm not sure if i should keep cutting or bulk up ..any advice would greatly appreciated, ialso provided a pic of my goal

    You're still in the high teens BF%. I'd highly recommend you cut until your abs or obliques are somewhat defined.

    You are starting to take shape, keep cutting and then clean bulk. Your goal is aesthetics, it is so much nicer to see your muscles grow and get more defined than have them hiding under fat....even though you look bigger. (I have went both routes).
