So this went from pros eating junk to how cals can we eat? lol. I'll jump in...I could eat all damn day, I love food. Eat clean these days though as I got biiiiiiiiiiig last year lol. Cut down a lot on the cals and still as strong as when I was a lard arse. Feel healthier too. (16stone this time last year, 14st 8 these days, feels so much easier edit-for American brahs...that's 224lbs down to 207..)

I eat clean pretty much all of the time but I'll have a cheat meal a week or even two sometimes. Could kill for some KFC right now, currently sat eating almost 1.5cups brown rice with tuna and brocolli, PWO meal. I'll still feel hungry about an hour after, sucks. Although I rarely eat it, I've got a love for cheesecake/chocolate recently. I'm doing legs tomorrow, a huge bucket of KFC without the chips is tempting for tonight.
