BRB eat 10oz of chicken with some rice and im still ****ing hungry
i have to go for a walk inbetween meals or something or i will just eat all day

well i've never cut so hopefully i'll actually enjoy it lol.. but recently my diet has been similar to flex's... burgers and pizza 3-4 times a week. i can eat 1/4 cup of rice and beans and i'll be full right then for 4 hours+. trust me it sucks, especially when you have to stay up late at night just to finish your protein shake . cause i still have to get in 4k per day

i struggle to get in 4 solid meals a day. I have now come to realise.........if i eat anymore i jsut get fat. if you need more than 4 meals a day to grow, then maybe growing was just not meant for you. i do 4 solid meals plus two shakes. Even with this minimal amount, i still get lots of bloat. its tough. I hate eating. The tricycles make u grow after a point.

Im most jealous of people who wake up hungry. I wake up feeling full lol. Early in the morning i can only manage a protein and oats shake.

I'm with you. That's why the metabolsim is another factor in becoming huge/IFBB pro, not everyone can mainatain such a harsh diet both offseason and pre-contest, even with the digestive helpers.

healthy junk is the way forward, The amount of junk Mc Ds put in there food is pretty bad, so many toxins, if i ever want a burger, I just buy some minced beef bout 12% fat mix in a good amount of salt(it binds the meat so no need for eggs) and pepper, fry some onion in a tiny bit of olive oil, and use toasted burgen bread, low fat cheese slice (4g protein 2gfat) and a bit of tomato sauce.
Better then any maccy d's

i almost wish i had the same problem as you guys. i get full really quick so after while eating becomes like a chore. i just have to keep shoveling food into my mouth even when i start to feel sick from all the food.

i wouldn't be surprised if that was sammy. i bulk on 4000 cals but i just have no appetite. that's one of the reasons why i like pizza so much 'cause it's such easy calories.

thanks for the advice bro. yeah that definitely helps. so does cooking with vegetable oil, canola oil, peanut oil or olive oil.

i don't think peanut butter is cheating. if you buy the no sugar added organic kind it's good for you. slow digesting carbs and healthy fats. now pizza is cheating lol.

Jesus after reading and looking at pics all I want is a tripple bacon cheese burger from Wendys. Large combo for sure with a sweet tea...Daaam who else is ready to eat haha.
