    Looking for a supplement to take before HIIT cardio sessions to minimize muscle loss

    BCAA's
    Protein
    Carbs
    Glucose

    Trying to do some cardio and abs but minimize muscle loss and maximize fat loss.

    Muscle loss has more to do with level of caloric deficiency and amount of protein ingested. If your protein is sufficient, and you're not excessively hypocaloric, then you'll be fine.

    Fasted state workouts/cardio may benefit a bit more from BCAAs if you are looking for something. N'Gage, Purple Wraath, XF ICE are all good options.

    I do HIIT several times a week and take Endurance. It helps me quite a bit.

    As an above poster mentioned some simple BCAAs will help with fasted cardio. I really like Xtend, simple BCAAs that will help prevent Catabolism.
