18%. I would normally say cut to about 14-15% then bulk, but at 18% you still look fit. I would say slow bulk just be careful of what you are taking in. Have your bf checked as often as you can. This way you can keep track of your muscle to fat gains. Amazon has caliper for under $10 bucks that are pretty easy to use. Either way, good luck!!
