    Could be as low as 18% as the pic isn't the best for judging BF.

    I would say hit the weights hard and eat a few hundred calories over maintenance daily.

    18%. I would normally say cut to about 14-15% then bulk, but at 18% you still look fit. I would say slow bulk just be careful of what you are taking in. Have your bf checked as often as you can. This way you can keep track of your muscle to fat gains. Amazon has caliper for under $10 bucks that are pretty easy to use. Either way, good luck!!

    Hard to tell with the pictures, look like they might be stretched, but 18% IMO. Doesn't look like you have too much of any muscle for a cut so a nice clean bulk would be in order.

    I agree ^^^. You're still in the high teens BF%. I'd highly recommend you cut until your abs or obliques are somewhat defined.
