    Hello i'm Norè, I'm 20 italian boy.
    My english is orrible Sorry.
    I want lose fat. I think to buy supplementation on bodybuildig.com.
    What do you think about this supplementation ??
    I find it with the option "find supplementation plan" :

    Men's Fat Loss 20-39 Stack - Progressive

    I go to the gym five times a week.
    How i take this supplementation?

    how about you do "how to lose fat" search in NUTRITION forum and learn yourself ?

    but i'll give you a tip: lower your calorie intake, no need for supplements yet ...

    Losing fat is all in your diet! Put yourself in a caloric deficit intaking enough grams of protein and continue to train heavy.

    As far as supplementation goes, stick with the basics: Whey protein, creatine mono, fish oil, and a multi vitamin. You could also look into a PWO like K-OTIC if you need the energy boost before your workout.
