Ok so yeah, losing weight, i'm close to 30% BF 172 cm tall, 20 years old, male and currently weigh about 97.5 kilograms.
When should I focus on doing more weight training?

1 Arm Swings
Russian Twists
Push up to Pull Ups

Sit Ups
Bicep Curls

Oblique Crunches
Reverse Crunches
Push Through Crunches

Should I just up my reps? Or?
Really wanting to do the best I can for my body to help with fat loss.. I wanna get below 20% BF
