When should I focus more on muscle training?
Ok so yeah, losing weight, i'm close to 30% BF 172 cm tall, 20 years old, male and currently weigh about 97.5 kilograms.
When should I focus on doing more weight training?

Now unless you have some sort of injury.

Now. The earlier you start doing resistance training the better in the long run. Don't just do cardio.

Running Plank
Upright Leg Kicks
Alternating Leg Ups
Side Leg Raises
Lateral Raises
Forward Raises
Overhead Dumbbell
Hammer Curls
Shrugs
Lunges
Standing Calve Press
Star Jumps
Jumps
Vertical Military Dumbbell Press
1 Arm Swings
Russian Twists
Push up to Pull Ups
Dips
Sit Ups
Bicep Curls
Crunches
Oblique Crunches
Reverse Crunches
Push Through Crunches
Toe Crunches
Push ups - Normal - Triangle
Squats
Dumbbell Press
Dumbbell Fly's
Should I just up my reps? Or?
Really wanting to do the best I can for my body to help with fat loss.. I wanna get below 20% BF
