Well here's the thing:
My left leg - smaller quads (barely feel muscle when I press) yet more lifted bum. It looks pretty perfect actually
Right leg - slightly 'bulkier' quads, yet a saggier bum. Would like it if it were like my left leg
I'm confused, i thought of doing lunges for toning my right butt cheek but wouldn't that make my quads there more prominent?
And I don't want to build the quads on my other leg, what should I do to just lift my right butt cheek slightly without bulking my quads? (Honestly my whole right leg seems 'fatter' than my left, my muscles there even hurt more)

Most people - or, tentatively, all people - have asymmetries everywhere, but of course no one notices unless it's really prominent, and even then it would be a rare occasion for anyone to give a fck. Tennis players can be hot, right? Don't torture yourself with this, instead focus on looking better all over. Just in case, though, make sure you're all straight and properly aligned.
