Lift me Up
Chest: flat and incline bench and push ups
Biceps: incline bicep curls, straight bar curls, hammer curls

Legs-BAD Triceps-Good
Chest: Bench Press / Dynamic Lifting Bench Press / Incline DB Flys / Cable Flys
Bicep: Alternating Curls / Concentration Curls / Hammer Curls / Cable Curls
My favorite is the Dynamic Lifting Bench Press. I was noticing I was weak at the lowest range of motion with the BP (near the chest). So found an article on this site that recommended dynamic lifting to help. Inadvertly found that it was really helpful when it came to grappling, so now it is my favorite.
If you have access to cable machines where you can do cable flys, you can always superset those with cable curls.

On chest day I barbell bench, dip, dumbbell incline bench, and do flies.
For biceps I do standing alternating dumbbell curls, cable curls, and barbell curls.
My favorites are dips, and barbell curls.

Fav chest is incline db bench and fave biceps is cable curls

My fav chest exercises used to be any kind of DB work and chest dips. I'm dealing with a bum shoulder, so I've had to change my entire routine...which basically means I've had to scrap everything I love.
My fav bi exercise chinups and bb curls.

I wish I could do chinups. I try everytime, but just cant I will persevere though.

At the moment I'm doing....
Chest:
Incline barbell press. Flat DB press. Flys, Hammer Strength Incline Press, Cable Crossovers, Push-ups.
Biceps:
Barbell curls, preacher curls, hammer curls.
I can't do chin-ups yet either... Mine are assisted.

My favorite chest is dumbbell chest press. For bicep curls I'm gonna go with spider curls. They burn like hell lol!

Chest - Bench press, incline d/bells, flies, push ups.
Biceps - d/bell curls, preacher curls, hammer d/b curls, cable curls, isolated bicep curls (love those) I do barbel curls but never been keen on them, I prefer d/bells!
BTW Sweet Kisses what's a spider curl?
Sometimes I feel like giving up....
Then I remember I have a lot of mother****ers to prove wrong!

I superset all with pushups and use DBs. Curls, hammer curls, chest press on a core ball, push ups with feet elevated on a core ball, overhead tri extensions.
You don't matter. In fact, in about 30 seconds, you're not even going to BE matter.
Consumer of mass quantities, charred mammal flesh and other such bulk materials.
