these pics are taken 5 days after my physique competition. I'm about 158lbs in these pictures so I only gained about 6 or 7 lbs back just slowly filling out again. Had one crazy binge meal after the contest and went back to eating pretty clean the next day and also went straight back to the gym . Gonna update my clean bulk pictures every few weeks to show my progress, wanting to bring up my upper chest and rear delts and also width. don't want to get past 170lbs I usually start looking sloppy past that weight lol

Thanks man! That means a lot After my competition in 05 I left the scene for a long time still trained but lost motivation to stay healthy and eat good. After years of slacking, getting back on track and doing the mens physique competition, I did not have high expectations and just wanted to make top 5 but when I won, I told myself damn, I was meant to do this and inspire others.
I still have still have many of flaws in my physique but that just motivates me to train and improve everydayLast edited by ebone45; 11-08-2012 at 12:33 AM.
