    The best routine for fat loss

    I have been exercising properly for a year now and I regret not doing more research before I started. I am planning to really crank up the intensity over the next nine months to try get the best body transformation possible. However I wanted to make sure I use the right routine so my effort isn't wasted. Are there any routines/programmes you recommendet a little bored.

    Are there any routines/programmes you recommend and why?

    I recommend that you use whatever training program you have used in the past that has given you the most success coupled with a solid diet....diet is the key here-so many people screw it up and wonder why they don't get results.

    HIIT has always worked for me.
    I usually do something along the lines of:
    Mon - Chest/Back
    Tues - HIIT
    Wed - Shoulders/Arms
    Thurs - HIIT
    Friday - Legs
    Saturday - Rest or HIIT depending on how shattered I am.
    Sunday - Rest
