    Lifting rage

First time posting, couldn't find a whole lot on this topic so I thought I'd make it my first post.

Only been lifting for about 3 months now and recently have gotten my form down enough to be able to start lifting heavy, but I've been having this insane rage since I started. Almost every day and ESPECIALLY after doing deads or squats I just see red almost. Going to try to invest in a heavy bag or something of the sort to try to focus this energy but I was wondering if anyone else gets anything like it? I know at my age people go through this type of thing and I have before but nothing like this... or so continuous.

Its cause youre producing dem hormones bro. Try and focus your energy into the lifts themselves though.

A few hours after lifting im absolutely buzzing too. Fapping solves it.

I usually feel like lying down and sleeping after deads and squats.

Dude I can relate. I'm 4 months into my bodybuilding lifestyle and after I dead lift or bench, I just want to destroy my gym. I've noticed I get angry easier but hold it back and notice my rage walking into the gym increases dramatically.

I've been feeling a little "rage" every workout session. Feels good. Real good.
