First time posting, couldn't find a whole lot on this topic so I thought I'd make it my first post.
Only been lifting for about 3 months now and recently have gotten my form down enough to be able to start lifting heavy, but I've been having this insane rage since I started. Almost every day and ESPECIALLY after doing deads or squats I just see red almost. Going to try to invest in a heavy bag or something of the sort to try to focus this energy but I was wondering if anyone else gets anything like it? I know at my age people go through this type of thing and I have before but nothing like this... or so continuous.

Everytime I do these, i'm just like OH MY GOD IF I GET THIS I CAN GO UP IN WEIGHT! OH MY GOD IF I GET THIS REP I"M CLOSER TO GETTING TO MOVE UP IN WEIGHT!

I've been feeling a little "rage" every workout session. Feels good. Real good.
