Mon: Bicep/back
Tues: Tricep/chest
Wedn: Shoulder/leg
Thurs - Sat is same as Mon - Wedn
Sunday i do some bodyweight exercises and about my caloric intake i don't really have a plan i just try to eat as much as possible but generally 4 - 6 meals a day
yeah i work out legs i dont have before pics for my legs
