    HELP Need 3 Day Split Routine

    Hey guys so I want to move from my current 4 day split routine doing different muscles every day to a 3 day upper lower split for bulking.

    Can I get a good routine that has worked for any of you guys while bulking? Thanks!

    New to lifting- Reg Park's beginner routine
    Intermediate or even beginner- any 5x5

    Or Elliott Hulse's strength/size template. Just get on youtube and type in "strengthcamp how to increase muscle size and density"

    Push/Pull
    Push/Pull/Legs if you want more exercises per body part
    Upper/Lower (Lyle McDonald's Generic Bulking Routine is great)
    any full body routine, particuarly Reg Park's Beginner 5x5 and babylovers STarting strength (yes it will build mass)

    You're not going to get much better than the ones posted.

    Athletic training/sports performance- ws4sb part 3, or elliott hulses template
    Basic mass gain as your primary focus- upper/lower, PHAT
    Basic strength and mass gain- Reg Park's, babylovers, EH template, or a modified upper/lower

    These are the best routines out there, besides Bill Starr's routines and pretty much all of the 5x5s.
