I'll help you. For your body weight, you should eat about your body weight in food at each meal. Eat 6 meals a day. Lift heavy, you should be benching about 3 ounces, squating while holding 2 hot air balloons, and deadlift your pillow. Now get started.

I just want to add:
curl your toothbrush and use No. 2 pencils for shrugs... Make sure to use No. 2 pencils though its crucial to growth.... The lead inside them are a nice heavy weight compared to non No.2 pencils.
