    Great work. Six months is 26 weeks so 1 pound a week wouldn't make you super fat and its clear that you were lifting in your before pics also. You did an awesome job so great work and as it says in the body building bible "Let he who is 8% bf cast the first the stone. Everyone else get the **** back to the gym and stop hating". Looking forward to seeing how the next six months treat you.
