im 18 years old... i wrestled 106 this winter.. didnt really have a foundation of muscle, i was always kind of cut.. ive been small my whole life and i just wanna stop being a ****ing pussy and change my body, was inspired by zyzz because he had just my bodytype being an ectomorph and all lol.. was in between 3-4 percent body fat during wrestling cutting weight dangerously lol, now above 10 i believe, you decide im not really sure.... I'm on Optimum Nutrition weight gainer, ON creatine, ON glutamine, and BCAA's, d aspartic acid + pes erase stack, and muscle milk protein from walmart in between workouts and the weight gainer... its so hard to intake enough calories to build muscle... i consume about 2500-3500 calories a day... i weight 132 now but fluctuate from 127 to 134 throughout the day from floating weight and going to the bathroom etc... but need some tips or some constructive criticism on anything im doing right or wrong.. here are my results in 3 months. my goal weight is 150 within the next year, im done growing i think so i'll just get wider...
monday = chest
tuesday = back
wednesday = legs
thursday = shoulders
friday = bis and tris
anything in particular i need to focus on to look bigger? im doing everything max weight with a spotter 3 sets 5 reps... i go to failure every set on the last rep or two... ill take any advice or criticism

Just keep doing what you're doing. You've probably made a good 10lbs of lean mass, so just eat a bit more (yeah it sucks) and make sure your'e lifting heavy, don't worry to much about isolation stuff too much do more compound movements. Going max weight is good and all but you probably want a more structured approach to lifting and make sure to incorporate deloads every now and then.
